363 The cost of a song
Psa 33:1 Rejoice in Adonai, you righteous! Praise is well-suited to the upright.
Psa 33:2 Give thanks to Adonai with the lyre, sing praises to him with a ten-stringed harp.
Psa 33:3 Sing to him a new song, make music at your best among shouts of joy.
Make music to the best of your ability. We all sing, some in the shower just for themselves, some in Rock bands to get people to worship them, some people in the car or at home. What does it mean to truly sing a song? Maybe a better question is, whom are you singing the song too? Yah wants us singing to Him. From the very beginning of time in the Garden of Eden until now, He has always wanted us to be worshipping Him. To be close to Him. To fellowship with Him. Even after we messed up in the Garden and were kicked out, Yehovah made a way to be together with us. He had us make a Mishkan (Tabernacle) so He could dwell among us. Every person will sing a song at some point in his or her lives. Some may sing the praise of Yeshua when they are young until they are old and gray. Some may sing His praises as young adults. Some people may have to lose everything and come crying back home to their father’s house before they see what their parents already told them. This message is going to go through scriptural accounts to show how for some people it was easy and for some people it was hard to learn how to sing the praises of Yehovah. We will look at the Garden of Eden in the book of Beresheet through to the account of the 144,000 in the book of Revelation to see “The cost of a song”
